This recipe is intended for a family of four, so keep that in mind when you get ready to begin cooking.

First thing’s first: Let’s get our ingredients together!

PREPARATION

GARLIC AIOLI SAUCE

First, we’ll begin with our delicious garlic aioli sauce. It’s easy enough so don’t be intimidated!

Step 1. Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl based on the measurements listed above.

Step 2. Cover and refrigerate for thirty (30) minutes before serving.

Your garlic aioli sauce should look something like this.

POTATO WEDGES

Now let’s get the Air Fryer out and set it to 400º for 20 minutes.

Step 1. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then again into four evenly sized wedges.

Step 2. Place the wedges in a bowl and season it with the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt. This is to your discretion.

Step 3. Now, pour in the olive oil, toss, and coat the potatoes in the mixture of oil and seasonings so that each is evenly coated.

Step 4. Place the potato wedges in the Air Fryer and wait!

SMASHED CHEESEBURGERS

Now it’s time for the cheeseburgers! These are easy enough but if there’s one thing we should warn you about, it’s the timing as to when you smash the patties.

Step 1. Shape your four (4) patties to a size that works best for you. This is to your discretion, but we recommend less ground beef as opposed to more.

Step 2. We went with a light seasoning of salt and ground pepper, there’s no need to go crazy as the garlic aioli will be the star of the show when it comes to this burger’s flavor.

Step 3. Now that you’ve got your patties shaped and seasoned, we can begin prepping our vegetables. This is, once again, to your discretion. We cut our onions and tomatoes quite thin and we decided to go with light lettuce.

Step 4. When you’re ready, coat your cast-iron with vegetable oil or avocado oil and turn the burner on high.

Step 5. When your skillet is sufficiently hot, place your patties on and keep close. Set a timer for thirty (30) seconds and when that time comes, go ahead and smash your patties.

Step 6. Allow the patties to cook for a bit until a golden, brown crust develops. Then scrape the patties and flip.

Step 7. When the patties are cooked to your preference, you can pull them and plate them.

We went with a thicker smashed patty and as you can see this is what the final product look like.

Step 8. Decorate your patties how you wish, as you can see above, we have the garlic aioli sauce on top along with the veggies and cheese.
